On 26 July 2018, the GEF / UNDP / OSCE project meeting on the development of the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) was held in Kyiv. The TDA is an analogue of the description of the status of the river basin according to Art. 5 of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD).
