First recommendations for the updated draft operating rules for water reservoirs of the Dniester HPP and PSPP cascade. On 12-14 June 2018, a series of working meetings were held in Odessa, Tiraspol, Chisinau and Kyiv to discuss recommendations developed by the project’s international consultant.
